摘要
对大戟科植物泽漆(Euphorbia helioscopia L.)中金丝桃苷的提取工艺进行优化。首先就溶剂p H(A)、液料比(B)、浸渍时间(C)和浸渍温度(D)等单因素进行考查,再进一步选择溶剂p H(8,9,10和11)、液料比(15∶1,20∶1,25∶1和30∶1)、浸渍时间(8,10,12和14 h)为考察因素,通过正交试验方法,以金丝桃苷为指标,优选提取工艺A2B2C2,即在25℃,溶剂p H为10,液料比为20∶1,浸渍12 h条件下金丝桃苷的提取率最高,为2.286 mg/g。同时发现在此条件下药材中2'-O-没食子酰基金丝桃苷基本转化成金丝桃苷。这为全面利用该药材提供了重要参考。
To optimize the process of extracting hyperoside from Euphorbia helioscopia of the Euphorbiaceae plant. Determining the influence of single factor solvent p H( A),liquid-solid ratio( B),soak time( C),soak temperature( D) on the extraction efficiency of hyperoside in E. helioscopia. By orthogonal test,the influence of solvent p H( 8,9,10 and 11),liquid-solid ratio( 15∶ 1,20∶ 1,25∶ 1 and 30∶ 1),soak time( 8,10,12 and 14 h) were further optimized. The condition of p H of 10,liquid-solid ratio of 20 ∶ 1 and soak time of 12 h presented the best yield of 2. 286 mg/g. Furthermore,most 2 '-O-galloyl hyperoside could be hydrolyzed into hyperoside. This study provided information for full using this plant.
