摘要
建立了高效液相色谱检测蜂蜜中氯霉素的方法。选择固相萃取柱净化,采用40℃柱温、30%乙腈-水溶液作为流动相时分离效果最好。该方法在0.1~10.00μg/m L的线性关系良好,加标回收率81.68%,精密度10.81%,蜂蜜中氯霉素的检出限为0.625μg/kg,定量限为8μg/kg,比快速检测条灵敏度差10倍,但在检出限质量浓度时氯霉素保留时间附近有一疑似峰,不能排除此方法能检出更低质量浓度的可能性。
A HPLC method for the detection of chloramphenicol (CAP) in honey was established. The separation effect was best when the solid phase extraction column was selected and the column temperature of 40 centigrade and the 30% acetonitrile water solution were used as the mobile phase. The method has a good linear relationship between 0.1 and 10.00 μg/mL, the recovery rate of adding standard was 81.68%, the precision was 10.81%, the detection limit of CAP in honey was 0.625 μg/kg, and the quantitative limit was 8 μg/kg. The sensitivity of the fast detection strip was 10 times worse than that of the rapid detection strip, but there was a suspected peak near the retention time of CAP at the detection limit, which could not exclude the possibility that this method could detect the lower concentration.
