在食品检测和卫生评定中,霉菌和酵母菌的检测已经成为一项重要的检测项目。霉菌和酵母菌的快速检测对保证食品安全和人体健康至关重要。结合霉菌和酵母菌检测技术的相关报道,阐述了霉菌和酵母菌检测技术的发展现状,重点对霉菌和酵母菌计数测试片中的显色剂进行了总结。为如何建立便捷检测霉菌和酵母菌的方法提供参考,对未来霉菌和酵母菌检测技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
