摘要 在食品检测和卫生评定中,霉菌和酵母菌的检测已经成为一项重要的检测项目。霉菌和酵母菌的快速检测对保证食品安全和人体健康至关重要。结合霉菌和酵母菌检测技术的相关报道,阐述了霉菌和酵母菌检测技术的发展现状,重点对霉菌和酵母菌计数测试片中的显色剂进行了总结。为如何建立便捷检测霉菌和酵母菌的方法提供参考,对未来霉菌和酵母菌检测技术的发展趋势进行了展望。 In the food safety testing and food hygiene assessment, the detection of mold and yeast has become an important test items. The rapid detection of mold and yeast is essential to ensure the quality of food and the health of the human body.
