摘要
一个人对食品安全的认知水平由多方面因素决定,特别是受教育程度和食品专业知识影响,因此通过比较食品和非食品专业大学生对政府食品安全监管工作的评价,发现随着食品专业大学生就读年级的提升,对政府监管工作的信任度越高,并且普遍能根据所学专业知识进行食品安全信息准确性判断。为了提高人民群众食品安全满意度和认知水平,应把食品安全科学普及作为工作的重点之一,这将加深消费者对食品安全的认识,从而正确选择食品,并正确评价政府监管工作。
A person's cognitive level of food safety can be decided by many factors, especially the level of education and pro- fessional knowledge of food. This paper compared the evaluation of food safety supervision by the students of food and non-food major, and finds that, with grade ascending, the trust of the students majored in food science to the government supervision work was also improved. They could judge the accuracy of food safety information with professional knowledge. This suggested that, in order to improve the people's food safety satisfaction and cognitive level, the popularization of food safety should be one of the key work. It will enhance consumer awareness of food safety, so that they can choose food and treat the government supervision evaluation correctly
