生长调节剂对浙麦冬种子萌发及无菌苗增殖和生根的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了不同的生长调节剂对浙麦冬种子的萌发及无菌苗增殖生根的影响。实验结果表明:MS培养基中加入240 mg/L GA_3或者120 mg/L GA_3和240 mg/L 6-BA联用时,浙麦冬的种子发芽率和发芽势最高。通过浙麦冬种子发芽得到浙麦冬的无菌苗,无菌苗在6-BA浓度为3mg/L和NAA为0.5 mg/L的MS培养基中培养时其增殖系数最大;在1/2MS培养基中添加NAA浓度为0.5 mg/L平均生根数最多最好。通过浙麦冬繁殖技术的研究,以期为浙麦冬优良种苗的快速获得提供技术支持。 In this paper,the effects of different growth regulators on the seed germination and the sterile seedling's proliferating and rooting were studied by Ophiopogon japonicus. The results showed that the seed germination rate and germination potential of Ophiopogon japonicus were the highest when 240 mg/L GA3 or 120 mg/L GA3 and 240 mg/L 6-BAwas added to MS medium. The seed germination obtained the sterile seedling by Ophiopogon japonicus,aseptic seedlings in the 6-BA concentration of 3 mg/L and NAA for 0. 5 mg/L MS medium the proliferation coefficient; on the 1/2 MS medium with the concentration of NAA was 0. 5 mg/L the average number of rooting up to the best. Through the research on the propagation technology of Ophiopogon japonicus,we hope to provide the technical support for the rapid development of the fine seedling of Ophiopogon japonicus.
