摘要
工业铂电阻测量结果的不确定度评定过程比较复杂,致使很多单位在测试工业热电阻时都未能科学合理地对其测量结果进行评定。而随着现代检测技术的进步,对测量结果的科学性合理性要求越来越高,依据JJG 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》、JJG 229-2010《工业铂、铜热电阻》检定规程对工业铂电阻测量结果的不确定度进行评定,以期为各基层单位在开展工业热电阻检测过程中对测量结果的不确定度评定方法提供一个范例。
The uncertaintyassessment process of the measurenlent results for industry platinum resistance thermometer is complicated, which makes many units cannot evaluate the measurenlent results scientifically and reasonably during testing industryplatinum resistance. With the development of modem detection technology, the demands for the scientificalness and rationality of measurenlent results are getting higher and higher, the uncertainty assessment of measurement results for industry platinum resistance thermometer should be carried out in accordance with "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement" ( JJG 1059.1 - 2012 ) and "Industry Platinum and Copper Resistance Themmmeters" ( JJG 229 - 2010 ), in order to provide an example for uncertainty assessment method of industry platinum resistance thermometer measurement for basic units.
