师带徒模式引入生药学教学的探索 被引量:5

摘要 中医药发展"十三五"规划,提出加强对传统制药、鉴定、炮制技术及老药工经验的继承应用。分析生药学原有的教学模式与结构,剖析存在问题,从加强中药鉴定老药工经验的传承着手,将师带徒模式引入高等院校的生药学教学课堂。师带徒模式注重言传身教,传承实践技能经验。运用该模式后,学生能熟练掌握传统生药鉴定实践技能,教学效果明显提升。 The "13 th Five-Year Plan"for the development of Chinese Medicine proposes to strengthen the inheritance and application of Chinese medicine,identification,processing technology and the experiences of veteran pharmaceutical workers. The paper analyzed the original teaching mode and structure of pharmacognosy,and dissected the existing problems. Starting from strengthening the identification of Chinese medicine and the inheritance of veteran pharmacy workers' experience,this paper introduced the mentoring mode into the pharmacognosy class of colleges and universities. The mode emphasized precepts and the practical skills and experiences inheritance. After applying this model,students could have a good mastery of the practical skills of traditional medicine identification,and the teaching effect was improved obviously.
