摘要
海参为我国传统营养食品,海参多糖是海参体壁的重要组成物质。本文通过分析国内海参加工处理专利申请情况,重点论述了海参糖胺聚糖和海参岩藻多糖的专利技术发展路线。
Sea cucumber is a traditional nutrient food in China. The polysaccharide of sea cucumber is an important component of sea cucumber body wall. This article analyzes the patent application of the domestic sea cucumber, focuses on the patent technology development route of sea cucumber glycosaminoglycan and sea cucumber fucoidan.
