摘要
在新时期,我国酱油生产工艺的不断改善,为现代酱油企业发展注入了活力。为了提升我国酱油生产水平,确保其生产状况良好性,则需要对其现状及发展前景有着必要的了解,并落实好与之相关的研究工作。基于此,本文结合中国酱油的现状及发展前景展开论述,以便为其生产效益增加及相关企业的可持续发展提供保障。
The continuous improvement of soy sauce production technology in our country in the new era has injected vitality into the development of modern soy sauce enterprises. In order to improve the production level of soy sauce in China and ensure its good production condition, it is necessary to understand its present situation and development prospects, and to carry out the relevant research work. Based on this, this paper discusses the current situation and development prospects of Chinese soy sauce, so as to provide protection for its production efficiency and sustainable development of related enterprises.
