摘要
高校教师到企业实践锻炼,不仅提升了教师实践能力与科研工作能力,而且通过教学改革,提高了课程的教学质量,满足了培养高素质技能型人才的需要。
College teachers went to enterprise practice, not only improved practical ability and scientific research ability of teachers, but also conducted teaching reforms, improved the quality of teaching in the course and satisfied the need to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel.
