摘要
乡村旅游接待餐的设计与制作有不少规则需要遵守,也有不少问题值得探究。只有结合乡村旅游接待工作实际,遵守旅游包餐设计与制作要求,注意防患餐饮接待中的突出问题,才能提升旅游接待工作的服务水平。
The design and production of rural tourism meal has many rules to abide by, there are many problems worth exploring. Only in order to improve the service level of tourist reception, we should combine the actual work of the rural tourism reception, observe the design and production requirements of the tourist meal, and pay attention to the outstanding problems in the food and beverage reception.
