摘要
随着时代的发展,人们对食品安全有了更高的要求,食品安全问题已成为关系社会民生的重要部分。微生物直接影响食品的质量,食品微生物污染指标是食品检测的重要内容。新时代食品微生物检测技术的发展,为食品安全质量提供坚实的保障,分子生物学、免疫学及微量热等技术的应用极大地提高了微生物的检测效率和精准性。本文分析了当前食品微生物检测技术的现状,对食品微生物检测技术的发展进行了展望。
With the development of the times, people have higher requirements for food safety. Food safety has become an important part of people's livelihood. Food microorganism pollution index is an important part of food detection, and microorganism directly affects the quality of food. The development of the new age food microorganism detection technology provides a solid guarantee for the quality of food safety, such as the application of molecular biology, immunology and microcalorimetry, which greatly improves the efficiency and precision of microorganism detection. In this paper, the current status of food microbiological detection technology is analyzed, and the development of food microbiological detection technology is prospected.
