摘要
近年来,随着人们生活质量的不断提高,食品安全的重要性也逐渐突出,如果无法保证市面上流通食品的安全性,就极有可能对人们的生命健康安全造成极大影响,因此,相关检验人员在开展工作的过程中多采用食品理化检验,保证市面流通食品的安全性。随着我国社会经济水平的不断发展,微波消解技术等相关样品前处理技术得到了广泛应用,而这种技术在实际操作过程中相对较为简单,且能有效提高检验的效率和检验质量,从而得到了更加广泛的应用。
With the continuous improvement of people's quality of life, the importance of food safety is particularly prominent in recent years. It is very likely to have a great impact on people's lives, health and safety. Therefore, this requires relevant inspectors to adopt more physical and chemical tests of food in the course of their work, so as to ensure the safety of food in circulation on the market. With the development of China's social and economic level, microwave digestion technology and other related sample pretreatment techniques have been widely used. This technology is relatively simple in practical operation, and can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of testing. As a result, a more extensive application has been obtained.
