摘要
探讨小球藻和栅藻的培养条件,选用BG-11培养基和f/2培养基在合适的条件下对两种微藻进行光照培养,利用紫外分光光度法测定微藻细胞干重,采用血球板计数法测定微藻细胞浓度,并通过细胞干重和细胞浓度来对微藻生长效果进行评估。结果表明,f/2培养基由于选用尿素作为氮源,能更好地稳定培养基的p H,增加微藻细胞干重和细胞浓度,因此,更适于两种微藻的生长。
Culture conditions of Chlorella and Scenedesmus preliminary discussion, selected the BG-11 medium and f/2 medium under the right conditions to light training, two kinds of micro algae by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method determination of micro algae cell dry weight, the cell count technique determined the micro algae cell concentration, and through the cell dry weight and evaluated the effect of micro algae growth and cell concentration. The results showed that the f/2 medium could better stabilized the p H of the medium by choosing urea as the nitrogen source, and increased the dry weight and cell concentration of the microalgae cells. Therefore, it is more suitable for the growth of two kinds of microalgae.
