摘要
目的:完善国家标准中玉米脂肪酸值测定方法,客观、真实地表述粮食脂肪酸值含量。方法:运用磁力棒搅拌滴定液、眼睛平视观察滴定终点等方法,减小测定粮食脂肪酸值含量的不确定度。结果:检测数据双试验误差小、比对试验结果平行。
Objective: To improve the determination method of fatty acid value of corn in national standard, and to objectively and truly express the content of fatty acid value in grain. Methods: Using magnetic rods to stir up the titration solution, the eye to observe the titration end-point, and so on, to reduce the uncertainty of measuring the content of fatty acid value of grain. Results: The error of the two test data is small, and the result is parallel.
