摘要
以千层饼为材料,采用微波消解和石墨消解两种不同的前处理方法,用ICP-OES测定千层饼中铝的含量,对两种方法的准确度,精密度和加标回收率进行比较。铝在0~4μg/m L范围内线性良好,两种消解方法的相对标准偏差都在2%之内,微波消解的回收率在94.6%~97.6%,石墨消解的加标回收率在99.8%~102.0%。结果表明:微波消解和石墨消解的准确度、精密度和加标回收率均能满足千层饼中铝含量的测定。
Taking multi-layer steamed bread as material and using two different pretreatment methods(microwave digestion and graphite digestion) to determine the aluminum content in multi-layer steamed bread by ICP-OES, compare the accuracy precision and recovery of standard addition between the two methods. A good linear calibration was obtained for aluminum between 0 ~ 4 μg/m L, the relative standard deviation was less than 2% for two methods and the recovery of microwave digestion method was between 94.6% ~ 97.6%, the recovery of graphite digestion method was between 99.8% ~ 102.0%. The result showed that the accuracy precision and recovery of standard addition of the microwave digestion method and graphite digestion method could meet the requirement of aluminum content in multi-layer steamed bread testing.
