胃肠道神经内分泌肿瘤二例

摘要 病例资料病例1：患者男性,56岁,因＂间断胸骨后不适7年,加重8个月＂入河北省唐山工人医院,7年来患者间断出现胸骨后不适,伴反酸、烧心及咽部异物感,无吞咽困难、恶心、呕吐,无胸闷、气短,行冠状动脉CT造影提示中度狭窄,上消化道造影未见异常,间断口服质子泵抑制剂类药物未见好转。查体：腹平坦,全腹无压痛、反跳痛及肌紧张,墨菲征阴性,肝脾肋下未触及,叩呈鼓音,移动性浊音阴性.
