摘要
针对长平矿综放工作面过陷落柱期间顶板破碎、易片帮漏顶、支架支护阻力小、支架稳定性难以控制的问题,通过支架受力分析,结合长平矿生产实际,制定了过陷落柱期间支架稳定性控制措施。试验表明:支架初撑力和工作阻力分布均匀,支架受力状态良好,没有发生倾倒。
In Changping mine,when fully-mechanized working face passing through the collapse column,some problems happen,such as roof breaking,rib spalling and roof collapse,and small resistance and instability of support.To deal with these problems,some stability control measures are developed on the force analysis of the support and the actual production in Changping Mine.Experiments show that the setting load and working resistance of the support are evenly distributed with good force state and no dumping occurs.
