摘要 着重研究了长距离、多组合输送机运行状态监测,以精准定位、故障诊断为设计基础,下位机采用STM32系列微处理器,应用现场CAN总线技术,确保状态信息准确、无丢失情况下传至上位机,上位机分析、处理数据,实时显示输送机运行状态,且系统操作简单,对工作人员个人素质要求不高,有较强的实用性和推广价值。 This article focuses on the monitoring of operating condition of the long-distance,multiple conveyors.Based on the precise positioning and fault diagnosis,the lower machine uses STM32 microprocessor and on-site CAN bus technology to ensure that accurate information is transmitted to the host computer without loss.Then,by the analyzing and processing the data,the host computer displays realtime running status of the conveyor.The system is simple to operate and demand on individual qualities of the staff is low,which is of practical and promotional value.
