摘要
以2-(苄氧)-N-(1-芳基(或甲基)-3-芳基-1H-1,2,4-三唑-5-基)乙酰胺和N-2-(苄氧乙基)-1-芳基(或甲基)-1H-1.2.4-三唑-5-胺衍生物为主要原料,N-碘代丁二酰亚胺为氧化剂,在可见光照射下发生分子内胺化反应,合成了12个新型的三唑-4-噁唑啉衍生物(2a^2g和4h^4l),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。
2-( Benzoxyethyl)-1-aryl( or methyl)-3-aryl-1 H-1-( 2-triazole-5-yl) acetamide and N-dioxyethyl-1-aryl( or methyl)-1 H-1. 2. 4-triazole-5-amine derivatives were used as starting materials,N-iodosuccinimide as oxidant,twelve triazole-4-oxazoline derivatives( 2 a ~ 2 g and 4 h ~ 4 l) were synthesized by intramolecular amination under visible light irradiation. The structures were characterized by1 H NMR,13 C NMR and HR-MS( ESI).
