基于事实数据的信息资源建设和学科服务研究

高校图书馆的信息资源建设应以用户为中心服务学科发展。文章以东华大学为例,基于Scopus数据库和Elsevier的Science Direct平台,对科技文献分布、电子资源的使用情况及用户行为进行统计分析,了解优势学科的发展状况,并在此基础上提出Elsevier电子图书资源建设方案,以期在图书馆调整馆藏结构时做到有的放矢,合理选择外文电子图书种类,科学分配资源订购经费比例,助力"双一流"学科建设。

The information resources construction of university library should be user-centric and serves the development of different disciplines. The thesis takes Donghua University as an example. Based on the information platform of Scopus and Science Direct, it caries out the statistical analysis of science literature distribution, utilization condition and user behavior of electronic resources and exposits the development situation of advanced disciplines. To promote ＂double top ranking＂ discipline construction, a construction scheme of Elsevier electronic book resources in Donghua University is proposed. An adjustment of collection structure in library is expected to be targeted, resulting from reasonable choice of foreign electronic book category and scientific budget assignment of resource purchase.
