高职组网课程领班型人才培养教学改革探索

高职院校需要培养高技能复合型人才,急需改变传统的教学模式。文章以高职《中小型网络组建技术》课程为例,模拟真实企业上班环境,改革基于STS教育理念下的1+N课程包。课程以学生为中心,先做后学和先学后教相结合,采用以提高学生职业素质和专业能力为核心的多元化教学模式:项目实战沙盘教学模式、基于微信公众号和基于超星SPOC网络学习平台的翻转课堂教学模式相结合。教学过程中学生参与积极主动,解决了传统高职课堂学生学习理论积极性不高的问题,为培养高素质的领班型技能人才而努力。

It is urgent for higher vocational colleges to transform conventional teaching modes in order to foster skillful and inter-disciplinalT talents. This paper takes the course Small and Medium Network Technology for example, simulates the working environment at workplaces and reforms the development of the One Plus N course package under STS education concept. Combining First Learning then Practicing and First Learning then Practicing, this course is adopted diversified, students-centered teaching modes-by integrating Project Practical Sand Pan Teaching Modes, the Flipped Classroom Teaching Modes, WeChat official accounts and Super- Star SPOC network learning platform The students are encouraged to participate actively during classes, improving their learning ini- tiatives and cultivated with foreman-oriented quality.
