新时代高校辅导员专业化的内涵与价值分析

在中国特色社会主义新时代,高等教育面临的社会环境和大学生群体都发生了深刻变化,对辅导员专业化提出了新要求。辅导员专业化是指依托专门的教育机构与完善的专业体系,对辅导员进行科学、系统的培养和管理,使之熟练掌握开展大学生思想政治教育、学习就业指导、心理健康教育、日常事务管理等工作的知识和技能,逐渐符合专业标准、成为专门职业,并获得相应专业地位,全面有效履行辅导员职责的过程。辅导员专业化对高校建设"双一流"、立德树人、建设和谐校园以及大学生全面发展有着十分重要的现实意义。

In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the social environment and the group of college students faced by higher education have undergone profound changes, putting forward new requirements for specialization of counselors. Spe- cialization of counselor refers to the scientific and systematic training and management of the counselors by relying on the specialized educational institutions and the perfect professional system, so that they can master the knowledge and skills of the ideological and political education, the guidance of the study and employment, the mental health education, the daily affairs management and so on, gradually conforming to the professional standard. It is a process that gradually complies with professional standards, being a profes-sional position, so they could fully and effectively take responsible duties of counselors. The specialization of counselor is of great importance to construct ＂Double First-Class＂ initiative and harmonious campus, strengthen morality, and promote all-round development of college students.
