在新经济形势下,河北省大学生就业难,尤其是高校外语专业学生就业问题引起了社会的广泛关注,同时河北省外语人才就业问题呈现出了一些新的特点并成为当前学术界广泛热议的话题之一。基于此,文章以新经济形势下河北省外语人才就业能力提升为研究课题,首先,分析了当前新经济形势下河北省外语人才就业特点,然后就当前河北省外语人才就业现状进行了论述,在此基础上,提出了新经济形势下河北省外语人才就业能力提升的优化策略。

In the new economic situation, the employment of college students in Hebei province is difficult, especially for the employment of foreign language majors in universities, which has aroused widespread concern.
