《融资租赁》是一门实践性很强的学科,随着行业的蓬勃发展,急需跨领域、跨境的复合型人才。结合一带一路国家政策的大背景,积极改革教学模式刻不容缓。针对当前教学中存在模拟教学系统性不足,教材与实践相脱节,授课重点不突出,课堂互动性不足等问题,必须结合校内外师资与教学资源的整合,加强校企合作与校际合作,通过创新教学模式、完善教学体系、拓展教学思维、提升互动教学氛围,不断积累与完善教学经验。

Financial leasing is a practical discipline.With the vigorous development of its major,it is in urgent need of interdisciplinary and cross-border compound talents.Considering the background of One Belt And One Road national policy,it is urgent to reform the teaching model.Simulation teaching systematic deficiencies in the current teaching,between teaching and practice,the teaching focus is not prominent,lack of classroom interaction must be combined with the writers from the teachers and teaching resources integration,enhancing university-enterprise cooperation and inter-school cooperation,through innovative teaching model,perfecting teaching system,expand teaching thinking,enhance interactive teaching atmosphere,to accumulate and perfect teaching experience.
