高职院校思想政治教育途径、载体的创新研究——以“师生党员一助三,支部党建进寝室”为例

A Study of Ways and Carriers of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of “Each Teacher or Student Party Member Assisting Three Average Students and the Party's Building Entering into the Dormitory”

党建带团建是高职院校思想政治教育的一个高效途径,党建进寝室是高职院校思想政治教育的一个有效载体。以"师生党员一助三,支部党建进寝室"为主题的支部创新活动,把党支部的党建工作与学生公寓中的团总支工作紧密结合,通过结对党员定期深入寝室,探索、建立师生党员密切联系学生的新方式,搭建党群沟通的桥梁,积极解决学生在学习、工作和思想上存在的问题,创新高职院校思想政治教育途径、载体。同时,通过建立师生党员密切联系普通学生的制度保障,构建学生思想政治教育的新阵地,体现高职思想政治教育的针对性、有效性。

The construction of the Communist Youth League led by that of the Communist Party of China is an efficient way of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. The construction of the Party into the dormitory is an effective carrier for the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. The innovation activities of the Party branch with the theme of ＂each teacher or student Party member assisting three average students and the Party＇s building entering into the dormitory＂ help to connect the Party construction work of the Party branch with the mission of the Communist Youth League in student apartments. The Party members regularly visit the dormitories to explore and establish the new tie between the teachers and students, thus bridging the Party members and the public people and solving the issues arising from the students＇ work and study by innovating the pathway and carriers of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. At the same time, the establishment of the assisting system between the Party teachers and students and average students will help in the construction of a new area in which the ideological and political education can be explored to reflect the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
