高职院校学生的职业生涯规划受多方面因素的影响,根据数据统计分析,我国有超过45%的高职院校毕业生从事的职业与学习专业无关,有超过76%的毕业生所从事的职业属于所学专业的附属行业。因此需要对高职院校学生的职业生涯规划影响因素进行分析,以便于为学生制定更优异的教学方案。家庭背景属于高职院校学生职业生涯规划的重要影响因素,可以对此进行研究,以期做出更好的规划。

Higher vocational college students＇ career planning is influenced by many factors. According to the data analysis, career of more than 45% of graduates in higher vocational colleges in our country has nothing to do with their major, and more than 76% of the graduates are engaged in posts which belong to the subsectors of the industry. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors of career planning of students in higher vocational colleges so as to make better teaching plans for students. Family background is an important factor influencing career planning of students in higher vocational colleges, which can be studied in order to make a better plan of the career.
