摘要
目前,大学生英语阅读水平仍有待提高。而心理语言学的图式理论和英语阅读有紧密的联系。由于阅读理解的过程包含了学生心理图式构建的过程,可从文化图式、语言图式、内容图式、形式图式这四种心理图式的构建原则和对大学生英语阅读理解的重要性。同时,以课文Conversational Ballgame为例,介绍了在实际教学中构建这四种心理图式的方法。
Nowadays, the English reading ability of college students still needs to be improved. Schema theory in psycholinguistics has a strong bond with English reading, since the procedure of reading is the procedure of the construction of students' mental schema. This study elaborates the principle of constructing four mental schemas,namely cultural schema, linguistic schema, content schema and formal schema, as well as the importance of the four mental schemas in college students' English reading. In addition, this study takes Conversational Ballgame as an example, and introduces the methods of constructing the four mental schemas in English reading teaching.
