Design of Automatic System for Coins Checking Based on STC89C52

为了高效、准确地实现各类硬币的清点、分类和鉴伪等任务,设计基于STC89C52单片机的硬币自动检测清分系统.该系统以STC89C52单片机为控制核心对外设进行控制,以步进电机作为驱动机构,通过控制圆筒上下运动,实现四种硬币的分类;利用线性稳压芯片对电压进行稳定控制,为单片机及其它外设进行稳定供电;利用UG软件进行辅助分析,提高了设计效率和设计质量.样机测试结果表明,系统性能稳定、运转平稳,实现了对不同硬币面值的分类、清点和声光提示,同时实现了硬币真假鉴别.

In order to achieve the task of inventorying,classifying and counterfeiting all types of coins effectively and accurately,it＇s designed the automatic coin-clearing system based on STC89C52. The system uses the STC89C52 microcontroller as the control core to control the peripherals. The stepper motor is used as the drive mechanism to control the cylinder up and down to achieve the classification of four kinds of coins. The voltage is controlled stably with a linear regulator chip,which is a microcontroller and others. Peripheral power supply is stable; using UG software for auxiliary analysis improves design efficiency and design quality. The prototype test results show that the system performance is stable and the operation is stable as well,and the classification,inventory and acousto-optic hints of different coin denominations are realized,and the true and false identification of coins is realized at the same time.
