省属师范生免费教育情况调查与建议——以白城师范学院为例

Investigation and Suggestion for Free Education of Provincial Normal School Students——Take Baicheng Normal University as An Example

吉林省招收的首届免费师范生即将于2018年暑期毕业,这批学生的基本情况以及在校学习状况和教学技能等方面如何,本文以白城师范学院首届免费师范生为样本进行了调查,发现他们当中男女比例严重失衡;1/4学生对免费师范生政策缺乏了解;3/4学生学习动力受到政策束缚的影响;实际教学技能有待提高等问题,对此提出几点建议,旨在为白城师范学院继续推行或改进免费师范生培养以及学校转型发展提供参考.

The first batch of free normal students enrolled in Jilin will graduate in 2018. Taking the first free normal students in Baicheng Normal University as the sample,the basic situation of the students was investigated. It is found that there is a serious imbalance between male and female students; 1/4 students lack a clear understanding of the policy of free normal students; 3/4 students＇ learning motivation is influenced by policy constraints; practical teaching skills need to be improved and so on. This paper puts forward some suggestions for Baicheng Normal University to constantly implement or improve the tuition free normal students training and the transformation of the school to provide reference.
