摘要
高校行政管理人员绩效考核一直是干部人事工作的重点和难点.本文从分析管理人员工作对象、方式、效果和人员比较等四个方面入手,简要介绍了H学院管理人员考核的基本做法,指出了考核目标、指标、主体和结果反馈运用等方面存在的问题,并基于KPI理论构建了新的管理人员绩效考核原则、指标体系、评估及运用并进行了相关探讨.
The performance appraisal of administrative staff in colleges and universities has always become the key and difficult point of cadre and personnel work. This paper first analyzes the working characteristics of managers from four aspects of work object,mode,effect and personnel comparison,then briefly introduces the basic practice of a university management evaluation,points out the problems existing in the evaluation objectives,indicators,main body and results feedback application,and based on KPI theory,constructs a new management performance evaluation principle,indicator system,evaluation and application,and finally discusses the management performance evaluation from three theoretical perspectives of systematology,economics and management.
