介绍了一种高压晶闸管阀式新型地面电子过分相设计方案,对该方案可能发生的危险及产生的影响进行风险分析,提出了控制措施、保护和应急响应方案,并进行了安全性评价。
A design scheme is introduced for a new ground type of phase breaking by high voltage thyristor valve. On the basis of analyzing the potential risks and subsequent influences caused by implementation of the scheme, the control measures, protection and emergency rescue schemes are put forward, and the safety assessment is also executed.
