儿童心理行为发育筛查与生长发育检测分析

目的结合儿童心理行为发育筛查和生长发育检测手段,综合分析儿童生长发育情况。方法选取2015年5月20日~2017年5月20日来本院接受生长发育检查的519例儿童作为研究对象,使用世界卫生组织推荐的0~6岁儿童身高及体质量的参考值以及结合儿童心理行为问题筛查、主要带养人情况等方法对儿童在生长发育期存在的一些问题进行系统的综合性评价,并对发育不良的儿童提出正确的矫正建议,并对本次研究过程中儿童家长的满意度进行问卷调查。结果 0~3岁适龄儿童中户外活动时间较少的有40人,听力筛查异常的有34人,存在需加强问题的有78人,三者均明显高于3~6岁幼托儿童,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。0~3岁适龄儿童与3~6岁幼托儿童中身高、体质量异常以及存在佝偻病体征差异无统计学意义。0~3岁适龄儿童中存在喂养问题的有25人,占11.47%,主要带养人为老年人的有121人,占55.50%。家长满意度调查发现适龄儿童组家长的满意度为94.04%(205/218),幼托儿童组家长的满意度为95.02%(286/301)。结论儿童保健工作应给予适龄儿童更多的关注,在幼儿时期及时发现心理发育问题并给予矫正治疗,对儿童健康的生长发育有着重要意义。

Objective To analyze the growth and development of children by combining with the detection of psychological development of children and the detection of growth and development. Methods From May 20, 2015 to May 20, 2017, 519 children who underwent growth and development examination in our hospital were enrolled in this study. The reference values of height and weight of 0-6 year old children recommended by the World Health Organization Psychological behavior problems screening, the main method of raising people and other methods of children during the growth and development of some of the problems of systematic and comprehensive evaluation, and poor children with correct correction recommendations. And conducted a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of children＇s parents during the research. Results Among 0-3 year-old children, 40 were less active outdoors, 34 were hearing abnormalities, and 78 were needed to be strengthened. All of them were significantly higher than those of preschool children aged 3-6, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in height and weight between 0-3 year-old children and 3-6 year-old children with signs of rickets. There were 25 feeding problems in 0-3 year-old children,accounting for 11.47%. There were 121 main people who supported elderly people, accounting for 55.50%. Parents satisfaction survey found that94.04%（205/218） of parents of school-age children and 95.02%（286/301） of parents of childcare group were satisfied. Conclusion Child health care should be given more attention of children of school-age, timely detection of mental development in early childhood and give corrective treatment, the growth of children＇s health is of great significance.
