颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后的观察及护理

Observation and nursing care of intracranial aneurysm after clipping

目的探讨颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后的观察及护理方式。方法选取2016年4月~2017年10月在本院进行颅内动脉瘤夹闭手术的60例患者作为研究对象,按照术后护理方式分为观察组与常规组,每组30例。常规组患者在术后给予常规护理,观察组则在常规护理方式的基础上给予针对性的预防护理措施。观察两组患者术后并发症发生情况及患者生活质量情况。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率为6.7%(2/30),常规组患者术后并发症发生率为43.3%(13/30),观察组要低于常规组,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量评分情况进行对比,观察组生活质量评分为(96.8±4.2)分,常规组生活质量评分为(72.7±4.0)分,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后给予患者针对性护理措施,能够降低患者术后并发症发生率,改善患者术后生活质量,促进患者早期恢复,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective To investigate the observation and nursing of intracranial aneurysm after clipping. Methods From April 2016 to October2017, 60 patients with intracranial aneurysm occlusion in our hospital were selected as the research object, according to postoperative nursing methods were divided into observation group and conventional group, Patients in the conventional group were given routine care after operation, the observation group was given regular preventive care based on the preventive measures. Observe the incidence of postoperative complications and quality of life in two groups of patients. Results The incidence of postoperative complications was 6.7%（2/30） in the observation group and 43.3%（13/30） in the conventional group, the observation group was lower than the conventional group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Quality of life scores were compared, the observation group quality of life score was（96.8±4.2） points, the conventional group quality of life score was（72.7±4.0）points, two groups of data was significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The targeted nursing measures after intracranial aneurysm clipping can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve postoperative quality of life, and promote the early recovery of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
