CT扫描联合磁共振在原发性肝癌的诊断及介入治疗术后的临床评估中的应用价值分析

Application value of CT scan combined with magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer and clinical evaluation after interventional therapy

目的主要对分析CT扫描联合磁共振对于原发性肝癌的诊断和介入治疗术后的临床评估中的应用价值进行研究分析。方法对本院所接受治疗的80例原发性肝癌患者在治疗过程中出现的所有相关资料进行回顾分析,将所有患者按照检查方式分别分为应用CT与MRI联合的实验组40例,和进行MIR常规检查的常规组40例。对两组患者的影像学资料、术前诊断符合率与介入治疗术后的临床效果进行对比分析。结果常规组患者的诊断符合率(75.0%),实验组患者诊断符合率(95.0%),实验组高于常规组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而为了对其治疗的效果进行有效的评估,共对60例患者进行了后期的随访工作,肿瘤病灶并有93个。经过阅片医师的检验,一致认为Kappa值是0.85,一致性较强。结论在对原发性肝癌患者进行诊断以及介入治疗术后的临床评估过程中,采用CT扫描联合磁共振的方法,具有良好的临床应用效果与应用价值,因此应该在临床进行广泛的推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of CT scan combined with magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer and the clinical evaluation after interventional therapy. Methods In our hospital to accept the treatment of a total of 80 cases of patients with primary liver cancer in the treatment of all relevant data were retrospectively analysed, all patients were divided into examination in accordance with the application of CT in combination with MRI, 40 cases in the experimental group, and routine MRI examination routine group 40 cases.The imaging data, preoperative diagnostic coincidence rate and clinical effect of interventional treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of the conventional group（75.0%） was lower than that of the experimental group（95.0%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment, a total of 60 patients were followed up for 93 months. According to the examination of the visiting doctors, the Kappa value was 0.85, and the consistency was strong. Conclusion In patients with primary liver cancer diagnosis and interventional treatment of postoperative clinical evaluation process, methods CT scanning combined with magnetic resonance, has good clinical effect and application value, should therefore be widely popularization and application in clinic.
