强脉冲光自动脉冲联合丹参酮治疗痤疮的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of intense pulsed light automatic pulse combined with tanshinone in the treatment of acne

目的探讨强脉冲光自动脉冲联合丹参酮治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法选取86例痤疮患者为研究对象。根据临床不同治疗方法,将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用强脉冲光自动脉冲进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服丹参酮胶囊进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗结果:优21例(48.84%)、良19例(44.19%),优良率为40例(93.03%);对照组优12例(27.91%)、良20例(46.51%),优良率为32例(74.42%),观察组患者优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.33%明显低于对照组的不良反应发生率13.95%(c2=3.888,P=0.048)。结论强脉冲光自动脉冲联合丹参酮能够有效改善痤疮患者皮损减退率及色素沉着消退指数,临床疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light automatic pulse combined with tanshinone in the treatment of acne. Methods 86 cases of acne patients treated were selected as the research objects. According to different clinical treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intense pulse light automatic pulse, and the observation group was treated with oral Tanshinone Capsules on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the results were excellent in 21 cases（48.84%）, good in 19 cases（44.19%）, the excellent rate was 40 cases（93.03%）; the control group and 12 cases（27.91%）, good in 20 cases（46.51%）, the excellent rate was 32 cases（74.42%）, patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.33%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group 13.95%（c2=3.888, P=0.048）. Conclusion Intense pulsed light automatic pulse Tanshinone can effectively improve the skin lesions of patients with acne and pigmentation loss rate regression index, clinical curative effect,low incidence of adverse reactions, which has important value in clinical application.
