发展性照顾应用于早产儿护理的临床效果研究

The clinical effect of developmental care in the nursing of preterm infants

目的探讨发展性照顾应用在早产儿护理中的临床效果。方法选择本院新生儿重症监护室(NICU)收治的早产儿80例作为研究对象,入组对象家属愿意配合研究。按照入组奇偶顺序分为两组,每组40例,奇数为对照组,采取常规护理,偶数为研究组,采取常规护理+发展性照顾护理。对两组早产儿每天睡眠时间、喂奶量,正常体质量达标时间、家属对护理满意率进行记录,采取统计学分析。结果研究组早产儿每天睡眠时间与喂奶量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组早产儿正常体质量达标时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);家属对护理满意率研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早产儿护理中应用发展性照顾可以提高每天睡眠时间与喂奶量,减少体质量达标时间,提高家属满意率,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of developmental care in premature infant care. Methods 80 cases of premature infants admitted to neonatal intensive care unit（NICU） in our hospital were selected as the study subjects, and the family members of the group were willing to cooperate with the study. There were two groups according to the order of odd and even, 40 cases in each group, with the odd number as the control group, routine nursing, and even number as the research group, and the routine nursing and developmental nursing care were taken. In the two groups of premature infants, the daily sleep duration, feeding amount, normal body quality standard time, and the family members＇ satisfaction rate were recorded, and statistical analysis was taken. Results The amount of sleep and nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The standard time of normal body mass of preterm infants was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The family members were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of developmental care in preterm infant nursing can improve the daily sleep time and nursing quantity, reduce the quality time of body quality and improve the satisfaction rate of the family members.
