血液检验红细胞参数在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of blood test red blood cell parameters in the differential diagnosis of anemia

目的探讨血液检验红细胞参数在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用价值并作分析。方法将60例来院检查的缺铁性贫血患者命名为研究组;另选择60名自愿参与本次研究工作的健康体检者作为对照组;均进行血常规检测,并比较分析两组血常规检测结果。结果缺铁性贫血患者的血常规指标情况与健康体检者比较,红细胞平均血红蛋白量更低,血红蛋白更低,红细胞体积分布宽度更高,红细胞平均体积更低,红细胞计数更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着贫血程度加重,患者的血清转铁蛋白受体、血清铁蛋白、血清铁差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液检验红细胞参数在贫血鉴别诊断的检验价值显著,有重要临床应用意义。

Objective To explore the application value of blood test red blood cell parameters in the differential diagnosis of anemia and to make an analysis. Methods 60 cases of iron deficiency anemia admitted to the hospital were named as the research group, and the other 60 healthy volunteers who volunteered to participate in the study were taken as control group, all of them were tested for blood routine, and the blood routine test results of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Blood Routine Indexes in patients with iron deficiency anemia and healthy subjects, mean corpuscular hemoglobin lower, lower hemoglobin, red blood cell volume distribution width higher, lower mean corpuscular volume, red cell count is lower, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; with the increasing degree of anemia, serum transferrin receptor, serum ferritin, serum iron was significantly different in patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The parameters of blood test red blood cell in the differential diagnosis of anemia are significant, and have important clinical significance.
