热毒宁注射液联合阿糖腺苷治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎效果观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of Renduining injection combined with adenosine on children 's herpetic stomatitis

目的观察热毒宁注射液联合阿糖腺苷治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎效果。方法以2017年1月~2017年11月为研究时段,选取58例疱疹性口腔炎患儿作为研究样本,以抽签的方法随机分为联合组(n=29)和单一组(n=29),单一组予以阿糖腺苷治疗,联合组予以热毒宁注射液+阿糖腺苷治疗。而后对比两组患儿临床症状消失时间以及治疗效果。结果联合组退热时间以及疱疹消失时间均快于单一组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组治疗总有效率为96.55%远高于单一组为75.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液联合阿糖腺苷治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To observe the effect of Renduining injection combined with vidarabine in the treatment of pediatric herpetic stomatitis.Methods From January 2017 to November 2017, 58 children with herpes stomatitis were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups randomly（n=29） and single group（n=29）, a single group to adenosine treatment, the combination group to heat poisoning injection ＋ adenosine treatment. Then compare the two groups of children clinical symptoms disappear time and treatment effect. Results The antipyretic time and the disappearance time of herpes in the combined group were all faster than those in the single group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the combined group was 96.55%, significantly higher than that in the single group 75.86%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Renduining injection and adenosine treatment of children with herpes stomatitis is significant, it is worth learning.
