中国特色社会主义法学体系的发展与完善,主要归功于我国的基本国情与发展方向,并且具有浓厚的中国特色。本章主要对中国特色社会主义法学理论研究内容进行分析,并阐述法学理论研究的问题以及目标,进一步提出发展中国特色社会主义法学理论体系的原则。

The development and improvement of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics are mainly attributed to China＇s basic national conditions and development direction with a strong Chinese characteristic. The author mainly analyzes the research contents of legal theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,explains the issues and goals of legal theory research,and further puts forward the principle of developing a socialist legal theory system with Chinese characteristics.
