城郊集中社区公共空间满意度影响因子分析——基于苏州10个社区的调查

Analysis on the influencing factors of public space satisfaction in suburban centralized community based on a survey of 10 communities in Suzhou

选取苏州10个典型社区作为研究对象,深入剖析影响城郊集中社区公共空间满意度的关键因子。结果显示:可达性、采光性、健身设施完善度、设施管理维护等8个是影响公共空间满意度的重要客观因子;居民年龄、月收入、入住时间与公共空间满意度呈现显著相关性,是影响满意度的3个主观因子。城郊集中社区公共空间的建设不仅要强调物质环境的质量,更要重视空间对增强社会交往强度能力的构建以及个体差异性需求的满足。

By selecting 10 typical communities in Suzhou as the object of this study, the paper analyzes the key factors which affect the public space satisfaction in suburban concentrated communities. The result shows that accessibility, day lighting, fitness facility sophistication, facilities management and maintenance are the eight major objective factors which influence public space satisfaction; and the residents age, monthly income, checkin time are significantly correlated with public space satisfaction, which are the three subjective factors affecting public space satisfaction. The construction of public space in the suburban centralized community should not only emphasize the quality of material environment, but also pay attention to the construction of space in the enhancement of the social interaction and the satisfaction of individual differences.
