摘要
南京师范大学行政楼作为典型的中国宫殿式民国建筑具有极高的美学和文化价值,百年历史造成了建筑物本身热物理环境的极大损害,本文通过现场测试方法对改造过的行政楼进行现场测量,通过室外气象站和室内测试仪器,采集室内外的温度、湿度、风速、表面辐射温度等参数,利用舒适度计算软件对添加建筑设施的建筑物进行重新评估。研究结果显示,假定平均室内温度26℃,平均湿度70%,风速0.1 m/s,每平方米80 w的机械耗能,计算出舒适度指标PMV=–1.31(稍冷),PPD=40.7%,说明在室外炎热的情况下,室内环境处于较舒适状态。
The administration building of Nanjing Normal University, as a typical Chinese palace-style building in period of Republic of China, has a very high aesthetic and cultural value. The hundred-year history has caused great damage to the thermal physical environment of the building itself. This paper conducts a field test on the renovated administration building by on-site measurements, with outdoor weather stations and indoor test equipment, collects indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, wind speed, surface temperature and other parameters of radiation, and applies comfort calculation software to re-evaluate the buildings with added facilities. The results show that the comfort index PMV = -1.31 (slightly cold), PPD =40.7%, assuming the average indoor temperature of 26℃, the average humidity of 70%, the wind speed of 0.1 m/s and the mechanical energy consumption of 80 w, which indicates that in the outdoor hot conditions, the indoor environment is in a more comfortable state.
