乌梅消食颗粒联合硫酸亚铁在脾胃虚弱型缺铁性贫血治疗中的应用 被引量:20

摘要 目的观察乌梅消食颗粒联合硫酸亚铁在脾胃虚弱型缺铁性贫血治疗中作用。方法选择2015年5月~2017年5月廊坊市中医医院诊断为脾胃虚弱型缺铁性贫血的患者92例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各46例,对照组采用硫酸亚铁片口服,治疗组在服用硫酸亚铁前20 min开水冲服乌梅消食颗粒,30 d为1个疗程,观察两组疗效、血常规、铁代谢及副作用情况。结果治疗1个疗程后,两组患者疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组患者的血常规及铁代谢指标较对照组明显改善,且治疗组不良反应明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乌梅消食颗粒联合硫酸亚铁治疗脾胃虚弱型缺铁性贫血,可明显改善患者贫血指标,增加机体铁储备,减少铁剂对消化道的刺激作用,效果优于单用铁剂。 Objective To observe the effect of Wumei Xiaoshi Granule combined with ferrous sulfate in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia(IDA) of spleen-stomach deficiency. Methods From May 2015 to May 2017, in Langfang TCM Hospital, 92 patients with IDA of spleen-stomach deficiency were divided into treatment group(n = 46) and control group(n = 46) according to the random number table. The control group was treated with ferrous sulfate tablets, the treatment group was treated with Wumei Xiaoshi Granule 20 min before ferrous sulfate tablets, 30 d for a course of treatment. The efficacy, blood routine examination, iron metabolism and side effects were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups(P〉0.05). However, the blood routine test and iron metabolism in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Wumei Xiaoshi Granule combined with ferrous sulfate in the treatment of IDA of spleen-stomach deficiency can significantly improve the anemia symptoms, increase the body iron reserve and reduce the stimulation effect, and the effect is better than ferrous sulfate only.
