复合乳酸菌联合质子泵抑制剂三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的效果及其对血清相关指标的影响

Effect of compound lactobacillus combined with proton pump inhibitor triple therapy in treatment of peptic ulcer and its influence on serum indexes

目的探讨复合乳酸菌联合质子泵抑制剂三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的效果及其对血清相关指标的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2017年6月—11月期间收治的120例消化性溃疡患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同分为2组,各60例。给予对照组奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上加用复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗,对比2组治疗效果、血清相关指标、Hp根除率及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率、Hp根除率均较对照组高,不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组IL-17、α-防御素、TGF-β1均改善,且观察组IL-17、TGF-β1较对照组低,α-防御素较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合乳酸菌联合质子泵抑制剂三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡可有效提升治疗效果,改善患者血清相关指标,提升Hp根除率,且治疗安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound lactobacillus combined with proton pump inhibitor triple therapy in treatment of peptic ulcer（PU）and its influence on serum indexes.Methods The clinical data of 120 PU patients in our hospital from June 2017 to November 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided into two groups by treatment regimens,60 cases in each group. Control group was given omeprazole enteric-coated capsules,while observation group was treated with compound lactobacillus capsules based on control group. The curative effects,serum indexes,Hp eradication rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and Hp eradication rate in observation group were higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the IL-17,α-defensin,TGF-β1 in two groups improved,the IL-17 and TGF-β1 in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the α-defensin in observation group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compound lactobacillus combined with proton pump inhibitor triple therapy in treatment of PU can increase curative effects,improve serum indexes,increase the Hp eradication rate and have higher safety.
