妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌性感染与胎膜早破及不良妊娠结局的相关性分析

The correlation between vaginal candidal infection in pregnancy and premature rupture of membranes and adverse pregnancy outcomes

目的探讨妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌性感染与胎膜早破及不良妊娠结局的相关性。方法选取2014年4月—2016年8月收治的52例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌性感染患者作为观察组,选取同期我院产检无生殖道感染的正常孕妇50例为对照组,比较2组孕妇胎膜早破及不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果观察组胎膜早破发生9例,占17.31%,不良妊娠结局总发生率为28.85%;对照组胎膜早破发生2例,占4.00%,不良妊娠结局总发生率为6.00%。观察组胎膜早破发生率及不良妊娠结局总发生率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌性感染与胎膜早破、不良妊娠结局呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌感染与胎膜早破具有相关性,是不良妊娠结局的重要原因。

Objective To investigate the correlation between vaginal Candida and vaginal candidal infection in pregnancy and premature rupture of membranes and adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods From April 2014 to August 2016,52 cases of vulva vagina Candida infection patients were selected as the observation group,50 normal pregnant women with no genital tract infection in the same period of our hospital were selected as the control group,compared two groups of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes and adverse pregnancy outcomes occur,and the results were statistically analyzed. Results（1）The observation group premature rupture occurred in 9 cases,accounting for 17.31% of the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,28.85% control group,premature rupture of membranes in 2 cases,accounted for 4% of the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 6.00%; the observation group the incidence of premature rupture of membranes was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,the observation group the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome the rate was significantly higher than the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）data. The results of correlation analysis showed that the vaginal candidal infection in pregnancy was positively correlated with premature rupture of membranes and bad pregnancy（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The infection of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy is associated with premature rupture of the membranes,which is an important reason for the outcome of bad pregnancy.
