五脏俞麦粒灸对非痴呆型血管性认知障碍认知功能的应用研究

Application research on granule moxibustion on Shu-points of the five organs for cognitive function of vascular cognitive impairment none dementia

目的观察五脏俞麦粒灸对非痴呆型血管性认知障碍患者认知功能的影响。方法将90例非痴呆型血管性认知障碍患者按随机数字表分为对照组30例和观察Ⅰ组30例、观察Ⅱ组30例。对照组予常规康复认知训练,观察Ⅰ组在对照组基础上予针刺治疗,观察Ⅱ组在对照组基础上予五脏俞麦粒灸治疗。在治疗前和治疗后8周采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表评定认知功能、用日常生活活动能力评定量表评定日常生活活动能力。结果治疗后3组蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分和日常生活活动能力评定量表评分均较治疗前改善,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察Ⅰ组与观察Ⅱ组治疗后蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分和日常生活活动能力评定量表评分相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五脏俞麦粒灸在一定程度上可以改善非痴呆型血管性认知障碍患者的认知功能。

Objective To observe the effect of granule moxibustion on Shu-points of the five organs for cognitive function of vascular cognitive impairment none dementia（VCIND）.Method Divide 90 patients with VCIND into control group（n=30）,observation group Ⅰ（n=30）and observation group Ⅱ（n=30）.Patients in control group receive routine cognition rehabilitation training.Patients in observation groupⅠreceive acupuncture treatment based on control group.Patients in observation groupⅡreceive granule moxibustion on Shu-points of the five organs based on control group.Assess cognitive function by Montreal cognitive assessment and assess activities of daily living by Activity of Daily Living Measure Scale（AMS）before and 8 weeks after treatment.Result Score on Montreal cognitive assessment and AMS are all improved in3 groups after treatment（P〈0.05）.There is significant difference on scores of Montreal cognitive assessment and AMS between observation group Ⅰ and observation group Ⅱ after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Granule moxibustion on Shu-points of the five organs can improve cognitive function for patients with VCIND.
