成人与小儿骨肉瘤患者化疗期间呕吐程度差异原因的质性研究

Qualitative research on reasons of vomiting degree difference between adult and pediatric patients with osteosarcoma during chemotherapeutic period

目的了解成人与小儿骨肉瘤患者化疗期间呕吐程度差异的原因。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对6例成人和6例小儿骨肉瘤患者进行深度的半结构访谈,借助MAXQDA 10进行资料分析。结果通过阅读、分析、分类和提炼,得出3个主题:心理感受不同,对疾病的认知不同,对未来的设想和期望不同。结论造成成人与小儿骨肉瘤患者化疗期间呕吐程度差异的原因有心理感受、对疾病的认知、对未来的设想和期望的不同,针对性地提供心理行为干预、加强疾病知识宣传、建立社会支持,促使患者积极应对疾病。

Objective To study the reasons of vomiting degree difference between adult and pediatric patients with osteosarcoma during chemotherapeutic period.Method 6 adult patients and 6 pediatric patients with osteosarcoma receive indepth semi-structure interview by phenomenological research method of qualitative research.Analyze the information by MAXQDA 10.Result 3 themes of different psychological feelings,different cognition on disease and different expectation on future are extracted by reading,analyzing,classifying and epurating.Conclusion Reasons causing vomiting degree difference between adult and pediatric patients with osteosarcoma during chemotherapeutic period are psychological feelings,cognition on disease and expectation on future.Corresponding psychological intervention,propaganda on disease and social support can help patients coping with disease.
