额定供给运动容量——搭建绿地规划与运动健康的空间桥梁 被引量:4

摘要 在全民健身背景下,现行规范中的规划指标缺乏对运动健康的考量,这导致绿地规划实践无法在量上保障提供满足市民运动需求的绿地空间。鉴于此,本文提出运动健康绩效的统一核算标准——额定供给运动容量模型,包含额定供给运动容量规划指标,将运动强度、运动类型、容纳密度和空间面积等指标转化为统一衡量健康绩效标准;额定供给运动容量密度规划指标衡量了空间可产生的运动健康效益。应用额定供给运动容量模型核算单项和组合运动空间额定供给运动指标,实现了根据绿地规划反估算运动容纳人数和产生健康绩效的设计假设。搭建城市绿地规划与运动健康的桥梁,为完善城市绿地运动健康供需平衡模型奠定理论基础,从源头上平衡城市绿地资源与健康的供需关系,为以健康为导向的规划决策提供定量衡量依据。 Under the background of national fitness, as the current norms and planning indexes lack the evaluation for sports health, the green space planning practice cannot guarantee to provide the green space that meets the needs for sports of the citizens on the quantity base. In view of this, this study proposes a unified accounting standard for the sports health performance the model of rated supplied sports capacity, including the planning indexes of rated supplied sports capacity. Indexes such as the sports intensity, types of sports, capacity density and area of space are transformed into a unified measuring standard of health performance. The density planning index of rated supplied sports capacity can measure the benefits of sports health produced by the space. The model of rated supplied sports capacity, calculation of single items and rated supplied sports indexes of sports space combination realize the design assumptions for the inverse estimating of sports capacity and producing the health performance based on the green space planning. Building the bridge between urban green space planning and sports health can lay a theoretical foundation for improving the model of supply and demand balance for the sports health in the urban green space, which can balance the supply and demand relation between the urban green space resources and health from the source, so as to provide a quantitative basis for the decision-making of planning oriented by the health.
