基于天津地域文化艺术特色的城市室外公共空间适老化分析

ANALYSIS OF THE ADAPTATION OF URBAN OUTDOOR PUBLIC SPACE TO THE AGED BASED ON THE LOCAL CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC CHARACTERISTICS IN TIANJIN

基于天津地域文化特色的适老城市室外公共空间,以城市社会生活的"容器"为切入点,能够科学地引导老年人形成积极的生活理念,并为其提供功能完备、环境宜人的高质量生活保障。通过对具有天津典型地域文化艺术特色的5个室外公共空间案例进行老年人的行为活动调查与空间环境适老化的定量解析,提出天津室外公共空间适老化改造的主要影响因素,包括适老公共服务系统、功能人性化与地域文化,而植被、土壤与生态群落、水生态因素也对室外公共空间的适老化产生积极作用,同时提出天津室外公共空间文化塑造及人性化改造建议。

The adaption of urban outdoor public space to the aged based on the local cultural characteristics in Tianjin, taking the ＂container＂ of urban social life as the entry point, can guide the aged to establish a positive life concept in a scientific way, and also can provide them with the security of a fully functional, environmentally comfortable and high-quality life. Through five cases of the outdoor public spaces having the typically local cultural and artistic characteristics in Tianjin, the paper makes a survey on the behaviors and activities of the aged and a quantitative analysis for the adaptation of space environment to the aged. The paper puts forward the key factors influencing the reform of the public space adaptation to the aged, including the public service system adapting to the aged, functional humanization and local culture. And the vegetation, soil and ecological communities, and water eco-factors also create an active impact on the adaptation of outdoor public space to them. It concurrently offers some proposals for the cultural modeling and transformation of humanization for the outdoor public space in Tianjin.
