探讨城市设计手法在田园综合体规划中的应用——以成都市青白江区三村田园综合体总体规划为例

DISCUSSION ON THE APPLICATION OF URBAN DESIGN TECHNIQUES IN THE PASTORAL COMPLEX PLANNING: A CASE OF PASTORAL COMPLEX MASTER PLANNING OF THREES IN QINGBAIJIANG DISTRICT, CHENGDU, CHINA

田园综合体作为探索农业、农村发展的一种新模式,在促进中国乡村振兴、焕发乡村活力中发挥了重要的引擎作用,而田园综合体的核心价值是以产业为核心,促进一、二、三产的融合。本文首先从田园综合体的概念及特征出发,分析田园综合体的人本需求;其次,简析城市设计在田园综合体建设中的应用手法及意义;最后,以成都市青白江三村田园综合体总体规划为例,探讨城市设计手法在田园综合体规划,尤其是空间规划上的实际应用。

As a new modality for exploring the agricultural and rural development, the Pastoral Complex plays an important role as an engine in rejuvenating the rural areas in China, making them shine the vitality. The core value of it is, with the industries as the center, to promote the integration of three industries. Starting from the concept and features of Pastoral Complex, this paper firstly analyzes its people-oriented demands And secondly it analyzes briefly the application and significance of urban design in its construction. Finally, taking the master planning of Pastoral Complex in Suncun village in Qingbaijiang district, Chengdu as an example, this paper discusses the practical applications of urban design techniques in the master planning of Pastoral Complex, especially in its spatial planning.
